We test each batch of food for taurine levels and also test for the actual amino acid profile to assure we have enough of all the essential amino acids, including the AA's that are converted to taurine in the dog after being ingested. We have a huge level of protein being derived from animal sources, the average being 87% per formula. Lastly we add additional taurine to our diets which we have done for many years.
