Shipping & Return Policy
Orders placed before 3 pm EST will be shipped out the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will process on Monday.
UPDATE 4/14/20 -- Due to high order volume, please allow one extra business day for orders to process through our warehouse.
TRACKING: An automated email is sent once your order is filled. If you did not receive a tracking email, please be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder, as it may have been flagged by your email server. Be sure to also add our email from that automated email to your safe senders.
Dr. Tim’s Pet Food Company currently only ships products to addresses (no PO boxes) in the contiguous United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.
If your order is $49 or more, you will qualify for FREE SHIPPING*!
If your order is less than $49, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 will apply to your order.
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS
We stand behind all of our products and believe that you should be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase. If you are ever not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return them.
If you purchased from www.drtims.com, please contact us directly by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Our standard refund policy is within 30 days of purchase. We will credit the original payment method (less any shipping charges). Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed.
If you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, please contact them directly to arrange a return. Returns from authorized resellers are based on individual policies.
